This is my favourite recipe for strawberry cake, nearly finished. Fortunately I do not have any later picture because the last layer did not turn out as planned. It still tasted delicious but the much pondered strawberry arrangement was no longer visible.In the background, one of too many rainy days in Copenhagen.
